PROFILE

Kalaivani Mattern aka Vani is a coach, corporate cheerleader and Chief People Officer at Superbloom Studios. She graduated from IITM, Chennai in Aerospace Engineering. During that time she met and married her German husband and moved to Germany. She joined a software start-up there and went on to lead and mentor a team of developers spread across Europe. When an opportunity came to spend a few years back in India, she decided to change careers and turned her passion into a profession - she upskilled and got certified as a Coach. She specialises in cross-cultural & mindful leadership. She has been coaching and training corporate clients since 2013 on a wide-variety of subjects from team-building, authenticity, tailored communication/leadership training etc. She also coaches individuals on prioritisation/empowerment, self-care and supports families raising third-culture-kids. As a co-founder of Superbloom Studios, she mentors entrepreneurs building inclusive tech, in developing and communicating their Superbloom stories.
